Northwest Medical and Urgent Care Center is a full-spectrum medical and urgent care center. We are located on the north side of Chicago, and our building is equipped with new high-tech medical equipment and dozen of medical professionals who are passionate to provide you and your family quality, safe and effective medical care. We are fortunate to have available range of services at our medical center, and offer our patients an integrated approach to their overall care.
Northwest Urgent Care Center
If you require an urgent care center that provides an immediate and quality care treatment for most injuries, less expensive than your hospital ER with shorter wait times, just walk in to our Urgent Care Center.We are open long hours and weekends, and accept all major insurances including Medicare.
If you have medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1. Please be advised that we are able to treat most but not all medical emergencies.

Walk-ins welcome. Currently we are open Wednesday-Saturday 1-6 PM with extended hours coming soon.
